bluish!

It's hot and humid here in Japan. Sweatening 24 hours a day. Nice excuse for some new, chilling linen and light gauze. Especially I am happy about got hold of some 'vintage' linen of Lotta Jansdotter at Swany last week.

Another thing that seems to promise refreshment is this summer issue of "Craft Cafe'. Almost every page seems to have been dipped into chilly bluish green and while flipping through one can almost  forget that one's body is feeling sticky from head to foot.

Hallo Alex,

I love Lotta too! Is her stuff as terribly expensive in japan as it is in america? I just ordered a shoulder bag last month from her website--$38 on sale! Her fabric looks lovely, but i just can't justify spending that type of cash. If money wasn't an issue though, I'd buy 4 of these http://www.jansdotter.com/shop/item.php?serial=5013
for my living room...

I also like Lotta. Clean lines and fresh...
That magazine looks great too!! I am hooked on craft/design mags!!!!

as usual your fabric finds are beautiful. matches your sea themed entry and on the other side reminds me of swedish fabric (wonder why?! *gg*)

will you share some pics from the mag on flickr? i´ll have an eye on your account ^.^

schöne Stoffe -- was hast Du damit vor?

You got Lotta? OMG!!! I love her stuff and have most of her stationery and a few other bits and pieces, but keep putting off getting material - no idea why.
