When we got a new washing machine a while ago we were asked to measure the entrance to our bathroom and the space where the machine was supposed to go to make sure it would fit through and in.

And my most important accessory these days... taking it everywhere I go, because there is always time for some stitches and I really, really, really am looking forward to see this next block for my star quilt be finished. I have reduced the initial 176 pieces to 9 and hope the final seams will be done by tomorrow. But this block has taught me several times already that I have absolutely no idea of how long it actually takes.

disconnected

Seems as if I am not able to send or receive emails at the moment... since yesterday not a single one has come through and I have no idea what I could do to get connected again. Yes, no clue at all, I am one of those... happy to know at least how to switch on and off things but helpless if they don't do what they are supposed to. Technical support / husband is sojourning on a far away continent this week, so I guess there will be no changes regarding my disconnected state for the time being.

Photobooth in front of our nearby grocery store. One of at least three photobooths within 500 m of my home. It takes 27 seconds till the photos are finished. You can reshoot  until you are satisfied with the photo to be before you decide to let it print.

I was born on a 6th. Not in December.
The picture was taken on a parking lot. I didn't have much time and had to look for today's number while running errands... parking lots never let you down... and this certain space wasn't even taken, the only one in the row!
